Medicinal Herbs – Growing and Wild Harvesting

Join Herbalist Savayda for an informative workshop on medicinal herbs.  Savayda has been on the plant path for nearly 30 years, she has a herbal clinic and dispensary in Halifax and operates the Bloom Institute for Herbal Studies.  Getting together with people and plants is her favorite thing to do and she looks forward to the workshop with Transition Bay.  Together you will explore the medicinal plants growing in (and out) of your gardens, and she will highlight homemade preparations for basic self-care.
